The Best of Liberalism Is Not an External Imposition
The best of liberalism is not a so much an external imposition. Its coming up from the heart of the church, that its principles that are dear to us. So religious liberty is not something that was imposed upon us, but that comes from our own deepest convictions. An alternative theory, a non liberal theory, one fully compatible with the catholic position would be attractive to conservatives,. Whether they are catholic or not, my hand goes up in civil liberties.
