By the time he was 24 or 25 right in there, I made $250,000 a year cash taxable profit. We kept a bunch of properties as we went along and ended up with about $4 million worth. This was all in the Nashville area, most of those properties. At the time, in the mid 80s, was Nashville a hot market? No, it was a medium sized southern city at that point.
