How to Be a Proactive VP
Proactive is three days before the managing part that comes back from his six week summer vacation When he sends out the blast email to all VP's and associates Reminding them that, you know, the key to success is to basically finding a deal And so they should be proactive and get on the phone. That just means that you can't just wait for a bank to show you a deal You need to go out and find these deals yourself Before anybody else has found them So the only way to find a proprietary deal, Jim, you haven't noticed Is you have to be proactive.
