In san francisco, there are 89 separate sovereign cities. That means 89 separate police departments. A recall on the ballot takes at least nearly 600 thousand signatures from valid register voters. The campaign to ousthim last year, didn't get over close to that. This time they say they have collected and have commitments for well over a two million dollars.
