I can't think of another musician who was as into and knowledgeable and capable of creating so many different sounds that have different feelings like Robert Fripp. I loved the feedback sound Rodney Bingenheim used to play because there's a lot of they're not turning their volume knobs down in between songs, he says. He also talks about his early admiration for King Crimson guitarist Robert Fripp at 13 or 14 years old.
