Is It OK to Let a Wheelchair User Use It?

I have known Anne since infant school. We were friends within a larger group, and this continued until we left secondary school. For most of our adult life, we purely exchanged Christmas cards. Fast forward to more recent years, and we'd very occasionally meet up for a few hours with a mutual friend. But seven or eight years on, the occasional invite, the mean invitation, to meet up is still a message to me. She's not a bad person, and I know it would only be a few hours of my time.
