The Importance of Numerals in Linguistics

Linguistics is a good source of linguistic knowledge and reference. Some people in the linguistics world are not as happy friendly to conlanging as you may think. We're trying to say numerals rather than numbers or number systems because of the fact that we do on the show refer to grammatical number. But anyway why don't we get into how numerals work first thing when you’re setting up a numeral system I think in a language is you have to decide what base it is before you even start making up words.
