I was really impressed that a little more than a year and a half, you and the team have led a remarkable digital transformation across that 18 months or so. I wonder if you could first of all provide just a brief overview in terms of what it's entailed, but also how you thought about marshalling progress? Pragati: We are definitely on a journey to progress our digital maturity within the organization, within my organization, as well as the enterprise. And this journey has been going on for some time. But this all started last October and we created an overarching company digital strategy which got approval from the CEO and the board.
