If we could tie why we bought a company to a strategy, we find it more successful than if we tie it to a leader. We're spending a lot of time looking at how do we really engage the leaders beyond what we have done in the past? And as an integration team, we are the ones helping connect them with the right peaful at sisco and carrying the flag for them.
