Lungren: Stanley gave me the credibility to move the dial ahead, probably a year and a half or so faster than otherwise would have been possible. He was talking about expanding beauty, expanding the men's department, offering some price points that were more balanced. And I said, we need this strategy in order for us to move the business forward. "My father told me many times we have to be sure to carry water on both shoulders," Lungren says.
