How to Prepare for a Fall Semester

As soon as we reach a non Christian college student, our goal is to help them go from lost to labor in one year. And so almost every year we see that group of student leaders when they're equipped when they're when they have vision. Most of them end up leading at least one person to Jesus and then I'm pulling them over the school year. So that's how spiritual multiplication works and then staff just are the quippers the modelers they model it. But if your staff aren't on board you should be able to just encourage, equip shepherd and add fuel to the fire of what God is doing with your staff.
