A lot of places is just what they call staff augmentation, where you take a developer or a number of developers from the agency and you augment the client's team with those developers. And so that's really just, it's, there's nothing consultative about it. It's much, much more common to be doing the staff augmentation style. A lot of times a request for proposal comes out for what is essentially custom development. But the buyer wants the package software experience as much as possible.
