What Are the Main Drivers of Inequalities According to Europe?
Europe is a geographical entity containing many more countries than the European Union. The European Union also has internal segments with different levels of integration that could be understood properly in the context of inequalities. There is no common fiscal policy, but we have country level tax and transfer schemes. Also the education health and labor market policies are at national governments competencies. It takes much longer time to reach a common European social space than what is already the US is over.
