Most business owners have the mind set of hay, i need to get every single customer. Ad if i lose a customer, i'm upset. I'm emotional about that. That is the wrong way to do business. So instead of closing nine out of ten customers, you need to close three, four, five out of ten. Raising your prices is uncomfortable, 100 %. You have to get confident and ok.
