The Pot for New Models of Primary Care

The pot for new models of care will be as big as I can make it. But that doesn't mean it's all new money. Any way we're spending existing funds in Medicare better. The patients we're particularly focused on are already coming through general practices. A failing general practice system, frankly a failing anywhere in the health system tends to end up at the emergency department. That's bad for society much more broadly and for the economy and productivity.
