Hints testing is better than an MRI or a CT scan but i don't know if in the hospital it would be important to do one just for the purpose of like ruling out yeah great question and this is the Achilles heel of hints testing nomentoker came up with something amazing. In most settings a patient comes to the emergency room people's reaction was well we're missing stroke a lot we'd better be doing more MRIs where neuro-optimologist and neuro-autologist did bedside exam that's not the resource most people have available so if there's any ambiguity and the resources available it's reasonable to get an MRI.
