When we are controlled by peop judgment, then what we want to do is we of confirmation by us. We start looking or listening or even soliciting judgment. So it's a no win proposition. You have to start by feeling that and accepting that and loving yourself. And you have to stop judging yourself. Other people's judgment is not the problem. It's your judgment of yourself. I mean, be aware what it is you're looking for. If you fear judgment, why are you looking for it?
