Rotator Cuff Tendontero, Is It a Full Thick Tendon?
The longer a rotator cuff tendon is torn, the harder it is to repair. When you identify a full, thickess rotator coff tendontero, i think it's good to put in the refera to the surgeon at that time. Remember the importance of active and passive range of motion on your shoulder exam. And then second take ome point is, if you're in that bucket with everything else, the main goal is to identify patients with full thickness, rotateor cuff tendenters and refer them. Everyone else can go to physical therapy and just follow them up carefully and make sure they're improving.
