The Importance of Eating the Same Food Every Day

I eat the same five meals every day and it's the meals that are programmed to me by my nutrition coach I like doing this because I don't really care that much about the variety of food. So therefore that's my reward for eating that way Um, and then like one night a week like actually tonight. I'm gonna when we're done with the podcast I'm gonna go pick up some uh some Thai food and Jess and I are gonna have Thai food and uh, it'll be good You know, it'll have like a little bit of some rice and chicken and some stuff like that.
