Thinking With Scripture

i think i would like to talk about thinking with scripture. How to think scripturally, or to think along the lines of how scripture portrays reality and ther there's a lot of subtlety that goes into that. To just have a bible, this book in which there are just tons of words on pages, gives us the illusion that this is all just one straight message you know. But the bible is a library of a a variety of texts that all have to be handled or a interpreted differently, or encountered differently, or listened to appropriately. And when you understand what ancient texts are doing in their ancient contexts, ther their cultural settings, a scripture begins to make really good sense.
