How to Be a Successful Person

If you're the kind of person that can't give yourself credit for doing even the tiny stuff things take on on as a challenge. Some students got it readily and some students were really challenged by that because they're just like, why do I deserve to feel successful? This was not a big achievement. But let me put that out as a challenge for people to think about who are so hard on yourself. And in some ways that's a well, it is a skill in the book I map out.
