Sally Kohn: I didn't know what UX research was. After talking to a lot of people, probably about six months into my journey, I was able to refine my questions, refine my goals. So it was definitely a strategic process, a very long process to shift into this career, but strategic nonetheless. She'll be talking about what methods she use and how to make AI equitable.
