Training by Heart Rate Versus Heart Rate for Running?
For anything that is low intensity, i think cartrit is great because it's a good representation of the internal nodice. The same story as measuring pesting pisolsy in the morning. For many years i was running hof martons, and i couldn't even run one hour and forty. And then, you know, six months later, i could run 1 hour and 24. So that was a lot more fun. I had tried many things and a train many years, but training with hartrate allowed me to mysically spend the time at the right intensity.
