Hong Kong Government Responds Aggressively to Boycots and Blank Voting
Voter turn out is expected to be at its lowest level since 19 91. Some probating figures even have said that we could go as low 20%. The hong kong government has made it clear that they regard encouraging other people to to boico or to spoil their ballots as illegal. They 've already arrested a number of people within the city for sharing posts on social media encouraging people to do so.
