Russian Soldiers Using Their Cell Phones

A missile strike in Makovka resulted in the highest number of Russian soldier deaths acknowledged since the beginning of the war. The defense ministry came out and essentially said, well, this was the fault of ordinary soldiers using their cell phones. If the Kremlin continues experiencing setbacks in Ukraine, if there's another successful Ukrainian counter offensive later on, probably in early spring, that could lead to some real political problems for the Kremlin.
