On the last episode of The Red Light Report this year, I decided it would be fun to take a slight deviation and learn about therapies that involve healing frequencies other than light. I will discuss the healing benefits of sound, specifically 528Hz that is also known as the "frequency of love" and the "frequency of health and longevity." We will then turn our attention to pulsed electromagnetic therapy, better known as PEMF therapy, and the many benefits that can be derived from these frequencies; interestingly, PEMF therapy shares many similar attributes to those found with red light therapy. Lastly, we will dive into two pieces of photobiomodulation research: one article looking at PEMF and red light therapy for reducing the hyper-inflammation associated with COVID-19 and another article looking at how transcranial red light therapy can assist with treating the core features of autism spectrum disorder.
I want to say thank you to every single one of you that listens to The Red Light Report. What started out as a spontaneous undertaking to help get the word out about red light therapy and the many benefits it possesses has turned into a passion project and a platform that has allowed me to share my and other experts' knowledge and experiences with red light therapy (along with the many topics within health, wellness and longevity) and also continuously disseminate the newest and best photobiomodulation research. My hope is that you find the podcast informational, thought-provoking and applicable.
Even though there are countless ways to utilize red light therapy, I believe we are just beginning to harness the full potential it has to offer. I am excited to see what new research comes out in 2022 and you better believe I will be sharing that information with you all on the podcast.
