If someone's in current affairs, news and count affairs, wherever they are, rules are in place. People are allowed to do things within the b b c depending on what their roll is,. So it doesn't close everything off. But when people want to leave the b bC er, very often the b b C will say, well, you owe your career to us. It's not as simple as that.
