Judge Chutkin's Reputation in the D.C. District Court

Chris Hays: In general, the D.C. District Court has really excellent judges and Judge Chutkin is one of them. He says she's not viewed as someone who wants to be in front of her just because you're at the government. She'll be very interested in whether discovery has been turned over, he says. And I expect that we will hear prior to Thursday from the government a report about what they have done with respect to discovery.
