Creating Space for Divergence and Convergence

When a team feels stuck, or when everyone is disagreeing on what the path should be, those are clues that you need to create space and have a moment for the team to diverge. When it's time to converge and think and refine ideas, usually the things that drive that phase are budget and constraints. Vote on couple things that are plausible with some of the constraints you're working with, but also vote on the one or two wild ideas that feel risky, but are still valuable to consider.
