The Tower of Hanoye problem is a problem of putting you can look it up basically if you're someone who's listening to this just look up the Tower ofHanoye problem. So for example if different individuals use different strategies and you average their data the the average is not going to be very meaningful because you're averaging things that are fundamentally different. And as the sort of the task that are being modeled become more complex so that problem of individual differences become increasingly prominent or for example differences in knowledge or strategy.
