House Hacking Is Not for Everyone
i totally get that house hacking is not for everyone. But i would urge you to consider buying and directly holding your own property in an opportunity zone, so that you can exercise direct control over that property. The management decisions, the renovation decisions, the operation of that property will stay inside of your locus of control. And to joe's point, you begin to build that machine.
