Do You Think Driver Monitoring Systems Will Help Reduce Drunk Driving?

A third of the lives lost have been due to drunk driving for 20 years. Driver monitoring systems should look at any impairment, that it shouldn't matter what got you to being unsafe behind the wheel. When we get to fully autonomous vehicles, it's a non-issue because that artificial intelligence will never be drunk or tired or pick up their phone and do any of that kind of stuff.
