The Earth Is a Living Being

In these materialistic times, we have to be a bit reticent on this and many other subjects. The formative forces of plants are as much a part of the earth as are the mineral forces. Children are curious about many things, but we find that they are no longer anxious to know what stones are. We develop an idea that children can understand, that the earth itself is a living being with ene as an integral part of it.
