The Cost of Banning Birth Control
The cost of banning birth control is significantly less than the cost of basically having like, you know, a libertarian family policy and trying to solve this thing without any kind of coercion. And also we've seen that backfire big time in nations like Romania that did ban abortions and birth control and then Romanian orphanages overflowed with orphans. If just a few families have a lot of kids and are successful in imparting that culture onto their kids who in turn have lots of kids of their own, they can very effectively preserve that culture. But I think you are underplaying how effective it is to create a very strong fitness and parting culture.
