I also kept my compensation constant for ten years, and i had thought that that would also send the signal to moderation of compensation among seos. But even during corford, we've seen that the so salaries avehave risen, whilst many others have lost their job. So we haven't learned from any of that. Which is why i always keep say that the most important ingredient to transform these companies is actually the human transformation. You know, without leadership change, you cannot have systems chains. And we just lack enough courageas leaders that understand this and are willing to put themselves
