The SEC has said, no, you can't turn this into an ETF, Grayscale sued. This week, the SEC and Grayscale went in front of a three-judge panel to argue their case. $14 billion worth of Bitcoin has locked up in that trust. If Grayscale succeeds here, that rejection is null and void.
