i talk about forceful interventions as totally controlling. I mean, it seems like there might be some cases in which sort of limited military interventions might be less controlling than economic sanctions. Would you agree with that? Or do you just put force, like, totally on the side of fully controlling i think we should take into account lots of other moral considerations to take into account when we're valuating whether a use of force would be justified?"
