Anseln Keefer has a new show at the White Cube Gallery in London. He's taking on big subjects, this time the scientific concept known as String Theory. Characteristically Keefer explores this mathematical model in both sculpture and painting. Our contemporary art correspondent Louisa Buck went to meet him.
