The Root Cause Analysis

When i was raising my kids, i would raise my voice and not spank. But what i found was when i stopped doing that, and i focused on telling them what was right about them,. Their self esteem went up, and their behavior correspondingly changed. I just think that that one of the things that we need to do from a faith standpoint now is focus in on what is good about mankind. It becomes a self fulfilling prophecynd thas. That's the that's the issue.
