The two big votes that were the center of closing down the whole house, they were message votes. A pistol brace vote probably fell in the Senate even if it doesn't, it's definitely going to go down to defeat after a veto. 20 other Republicans couldn't stomach the notion that Adam Schiff should be fined $16 million for doing a job they didn't like as chair of a House committee. And finally, we have the move to subpoena the director of the FBI for failure to produce unredacted form FD 1023.
