Confidence in the Sales Team

When I was selling and delivering, I had it down to bit of an art. In a sales conversation, we could talk about a risk and I could think to myself, I don't really know what we're going to do about that. And I just had confidence that we would handle it. It made the client feel like she was ultimately in the right place. But there's a broader context to confidence. You are doing this for a reason. You're doing this because you believe that you can have the impact you want to have. So yeah, it's either harder or easier.
