Many of us have these negative emotions, but we don't deal with them in healthy ways. I've learned that feelings are like rainstorms that have a begin in a middle and an end. If you get angry, process through it in your journal, eventually that anger will leave you. Once i get a big idea and i write it in my journal, the stickiness of the idea is much, much better. It allows me to deepen learning and increase retention of the things that i learn.
