The Advantages of Human App Review
The system is not perfect, but overall it is mostly the same for most people. I want the advantages of it being human power process in addition to the disadvantages. If Apple had put the amount of effort they put into that phone call into one or two of those early reviews, this whole problem could have been avoided. And again, as we've said, in many years in the past, that's appropriate. It would be dumb not to do that.
