Is There a Domain Within Sociocracy?

In the book, you emphasize this idea of domains within sociocraty. Can you tell us what a domain is? So a domain is an area of decision making, power and responsibility. For example, at our school, there's a finance circle that has responsibility of taking care of the finances but also the domain of tracking and keep the finances. Whereas the board has the domain of the vision and mission and aims for the organization. Then with the kids, they had the domain of deciding what to do with their day, since it's a self directed learning centre. And also shared domains of how to furnish the school, where to go on field trips, what classes to take.
