The Robotic Process Automation

i think the word robot is unfortunate. It's actually kind of sad that we're using the term robot, because the word robot makes us think of the physical world. We have soft robots that pretend to be humans and do things like no post on social media and do searches and sgrape scrape web sits. Every time you see the question, it says, are you a robot? They're asking if you're a soft robot. And they want to protect their systems from soft robots. Should have just been dusk top work flow automation. Let's not make it something bigger than it is.
