Tolenta dolena: I thought maybe moving on to step five could help me get out of my negative head space. Step five is, you're not your thoughts. You're what you do. T doesn't really say how to not dwell on your negative thoughts, other than just like, do things. So i talked to my therapist about how to get started doing shit while i was also feeling very despondent. And after talking through, like, feeling like a downer, i was able to stop wallowing and move on to step two.
