Venus and the Earth's Volcanoes

Earth gets most of its heat out of replete tectonics. It doesn't work that way on Venus, where all the heat is coming from volcanoes. There are some very important differences between the global heat transport hours on Venus and the global heat Transport hours on the Earth. And it's understanding what these two planets, which should be the same but aren't, are so different and yet so similar.
