How do people get a comp system y? It's strickyou. I don't know if anybody fell think they have perfect con system s. O weiht yu're trying to balance is is budget with with retention, and people feel ike you're being treated and paid fairly. Within your budget, there's generally two categories af budget. There's your salary budget and then your aque budget. And so my general advice is to be clear about what the system is. Ah, it is more important than getting this hyper optimized system that really perfectly balances like the budget lative to who's getting what.
