The Single Kidney Lady

Sonya has written a short story about a woman who's donated a kidney altruistically. She is upset that her real life experience has been mined for this woman's short story, which is having a degree of success. It reads like it's the most fantastic read, cause it's just sort of full of intrigue and twisty developments. I had sympathies with the writer, not the single kidney lady in the end.
