Matt Welch: I don't really think it's about age. A lot of people who are involved in this are not young. They've never been up against something like this. And they're not being paid to do these things. This is something where it's thousands of people united by an idea and the desire to do good. That makes what we're doing extremely flexible. It makes us able to react and change direction much more fluidly.
